At Belameria, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, estimated delivery schedules, shipping charges, and important delivery information.

1. Order Processing

After your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order is typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your parcel has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Destinations & Estimated Shipping Times

Belameria currently delivers to selected international destinations through trusted logistics partners.

  • European Union & Switzerland: Approximately 8–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: Approximately 6–10 business days
  • South Africa: Approximately 8–12 business days

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may occasionally vary due to destination, customs procedures, or local courier operations.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders valued at more than €30 qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee, which is calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

All product prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your shipment tracking details.

If you have not received your tracking email within approximately 48 hours after your order has been dispatched, please contact our support team at contact@belameria.com, and we will gladly assist you.

5. Delivery Delays & Shipping Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged during transit, or appears to be lost, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Belameria cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

We are unable to accept responsibility for deliveries made to an incorrect address entered during checkout. If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your shipping information before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

7. Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability or warehouse logistics, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will receive individual tracking information for each parcel.
